Why this work
Leadership starts long before you have a title.
I’ve coached people through job searches, salary conversations, big career changes, and the moments where they finally decided to stop shrinking. The work is personal, but it is also strategic.
My background in accounting and finance helps me see the structure. More than seven years in beauty taught me how to read people, make them feel seen, and ask the right questions. And my own path through finance and tech taught me that clarity is a skill — one you can build.
